Hi, I am Helene. And I have seen how much was possible in my own life when I started to follow my "why" instead of the perfect CV and other people's "normal".
Yes, I worked very successfully as political communication advisor, speechwriter and spokesperson at the European Commission for 10 years. But at the highest point of that career, my "why" allowed me to say "no" to my job and "yes" to following my passion to become an entrepreneur.
Today I am a confidence mentor and speaker who encourages women to dare to be themselves in their work, with all their female superpowers and following their own definition of success - instead of blending in to work environments and "classic career paths" that may not reward their natural feminine strengths.
