During these challenging and polarised times, when women's equality is openly being pushed back, it sometimes feels tough to keep up our energy and to keep believing in ourselves.

That's why I thought: there's nothing more powerful than coming together in a women-only space to remind each other of our power and strength.

Here's my Power Talk for you at the occasion of International Women's Day: to keep going when you can, to keep taking your space and to keep shining your light - because we need yours so much.
