Hi, I'm Helene.
I am a confidence mentor, keynote speaker and workshop host. In 2020, I founded „Let‘s Just Be Imperfect, Ladies“ to support women who have “confidence issues” like me: in my previous career at the European Commission, I made myself small for a long time, I tried to perfectly “fit in” into an alpha work culture and I held back my feminine strengths. One day, I got exhausted and had a burnout from trying to hide my true self.
My message to all women today: let’s step into our authentic, feminine power and shape what is "normal" in our workplaces - by showing our fire, our passion, our needs as women. I share my message in my speeches at conferences, in my online trainings and in my 3-month Abundance Mentoring Programme. I can't wait to come together and meet you on 13 September!
